Tokens and plans
What is a Token?
1 Token = 1 second of finished video. An Auto Edit of a 30-second reel uses 30 Tokens. See Pricing for the plans.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. You get 30 free Tokens every month and no card is needed. Free exports are 480p with a watermark.
What is Mini?
A one-time ₹59 plan to try ShotFlick: 60 Tokens (about 1 minute of video), Full HD, no watermark. It does not renew.
Is the Studio editor free?
Yes, on desktop and mobile.
Payments and refunds
My edit failed. Do I lose my Tokens?
No. If an edit fails, the Tokens go back to your ShotFlick wallet automatically. A failed edit or a wrong deduction is refunded as Tokens, not as money.
Can I get my money back?
Payments made on our website on or after 5 October 2026 are not refunded in money. The full rules are in the Refund Policy.
I paid inside the app through Google Play or the App Store. How do I get a refund?
Purchases made through an app store are handled by that store, so a refund request goes to Google or Apple under their own refund policy. We cannot issue or reverse store refunds. See section 6 of the Refund Policy.
Can I cancel my plan?
Yes, any time. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
Your videos
How long are my videos kept?
Uploaded and finished videos are deleted automatically about 30 days after they are made. Please download your result within 30 days.
Who can see my videos?
Only you. Read more in the Privacy Policy.
Are my videos and projects saved on my phone?
Finished Auto Edits are kept in your account (Videos) for about 30 days. Projects you make in the phone app’s own editor are kept only on that phone: uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes them. Videos you saved to your phone’s gallery stay there.
Your account
I have a new phone. How do I get my Tokens back?
Your Tokens are kept in your ShotFlick account, not on the phone. Sign in with the same Google account on the new phone and you will see the same balance. There is nothing to restore.
How do I delete my account?
Open ShotFlick (the app or shotflick.com/app), go to Profile and choose Delete account. On the website we ask you to sign in with Google once more. Details: Delete your account.
My account was restricted or closed. What can I do?
Read If your account is restricted or closed: what a warning, a restriction and a closure mean, what happens to your Tokens and videos, and how to appeal.
How do I sign out on every device?
In Profile, choose “Sab devices se logout”. Every phone and computer is signed out.
