Yes. Every account gets 3 free videos every month, up to 30 seconds each, edited with Flash and trimmed for free. A free video uses one style and a lighter edit. With a plan, every edit gets the full set of styles and effects.
A Token is how editing is paid for. One Token covers one second of video edited with Flash. Pro uses two Tokens a second, and Ultra uses four.
Your plan unlocks its models, themes and tools for 30 days. The Tokens that come with the plan go into your wallet and are spent only when you edit.
Monthly. Every plan runs for 30 days, and yearly plans are not available yet.
No. Unused Tokens carry over to the next month as long as your plan continues. Tokens stay valid for 12 months from the day you buy them.
Your Tokens stay safely in your wallet. Choose a plan again and you can use them straight away.
Auto Edit does everything for you. The Advanced Editor hands you the controls: precise cuts, framing, position and scale, and the rest of our pro tools. It comes with Creator, Growth and Business, and is not part of Free or Starter.

With UPI, debit or credit card, or net banking, through a secure payment gateway. You pay once for each plan or top up, and nothing is charged automatically.
When you start an edit, the Tokens it needs are held, not taken. They are deducted only once your finished video is ready. You can see every Token movement in your wallet history.
Yes. Top up your wallet whenever you like, from ₹500. Bigger top ups earn bonus Tokens.
Refunds
Every Token comes back to your wallet, automatically, the moment the edit fails. You never pay for a video you did not get. Failed edits are refunded as Tokens, not as money.
Yes, 100%, if you have not used a single Token since that payment. Write to [email protected] within 7 days and we check it against your account records. Once any Token is used, the payment is not refundable in money.
A failed edit or a wrong deduction goes back to your wallet as Tokens. An approved money refund goes back to the payment method you used, whether UPI, card or net banking.
