Delete your ShotFlick account
ShotFlick (app and website) — operated by Comfort Earning Production
Last updated: 24 October 2026
You can delete your ShotFlick account at any time. This page explains the two ways to do it, what is deleted, and the few records the law requires us to keep.
1. How to delete your account
Option A — you can sign in
- Open ShotFlick (the app, or shotflick.com/app) and sign in.
- Go to Profile and choose Delete account.
- Confirm. On the website we ask you to sign in with Google once more, so that nobody else can delete your account.
Your account is closed immediately and you are signed out on every device.

Option B — you cannot sign in
Email grievance@shotflick.com from the email address of your ShotFlick account with the subject “Delete my ShotFlick account”. We may ask you to confirm from that address that the request is yours. We delete the account within 7 days of that confirmation and tell you when it is done.
2. What is deleted
- Your login — your account record is removed and every session is ended. The same email can later sign up again as a new, empty account.
- Your videos — uploaded and finished videos are deleted automatically about 30 days after they are made, whether or not you delete your account; after you delete it, the remaining files go on the same 30-day schedule. Deleted files stay up to 7 days in a protected backup, then are removed.
- Your settings — saved theme choices and any music you uploaded.
- Share links — links you made to your videos stop working.
- Unused Tokens — Tokens left in the wallet are lost with the account and are not paid out (see the Refund Policy).
3. What we keep, and why
- Invoices and payment records — every invoice, with your name and email on it, is kept for at least 8 years because Indian tax law requires it. Invoices are never changed.
- Wallet history — the list of Token purchases and uses stays as a financial record.
- A minimal closed-account record — account ID, email, name, the dates the account was created and deleted, and the final wallet balance, so that we can answer a tax or legal question about a past payment. It holds no password and cannot be used to sign in.
- Some technical and security logs — not all of these have a fixed deletion date yet; the Privacy Policy (sections 3, 9 and 10) lists them plainly.
We do not use your videos, sound or words to train AI models.
4. Deleting only some data
You do not have to delete the whole account. Your videos leave by themselves after about 30 days, and you can ask us to remove a specific video or other personal data sooner by writing to grievance@shotflick.com from your account's email address.
