Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital service — no physical shipping

ShotFlick is a fully online, digital service. We do not sell or ship any physical product. Nothing is sent by post or courier, and there are no shipping or delivery charges. Services are available to users in India and worldwide, wherever the website can be accessed.

2. What you receive

• Tokens / plans: after a successful payment, the Tokens or plan you bought are added to your ShotFlick wallet, normally within a few minutes. You will see them in your account.
• Edited video: the output video is delivered inside your ShotFlick account, ready to download. We also send an email when it is ready.

3. How long delivery takes

• A 1-minute reel edited with Flash is usually ready in about 2–4 minutes.
• Longer videos (up to the 10-minute limit) and the higher-quality models take longer — usually within 30 minutes.
• At busy times or in case of a technical problem it can take longer, but we aim to deliver every edit within 24 hours. If an edit fails, the Tokens are returned to your wallet as set out in our Refund Policy.
• If Tokens are not credited within 24 hours of a successful payment, email [email protected] with your payment ID and we will fix it or refund the payment.

4. When a delivery is complete

An edit is considered delivered once the output file is available for download in your account, whether or not you download it. Please download it within 7 days — after that it is automatically deleted for your privacy.

5. Wrong email or login issues

Delivery depends on you being able to log in with the email address on your account. Please make sure it is correct. We are not responsible for a delay caused by a wrong email address or a blocked inbox, but we will always help you get access again.
